Wake up at 7o’ clock eat breakfast go to workplaces come back eat and sleep. Isn’t this our so called boring daily routine before COVID-19 and if we get any leisure time we spend on phone. We don’t have time to hang out in nature, play games with family and enjoy the weekends. Sometimes I realise how much impact technology has on all our daily lives. Wake up with technology and finish with it.
After all everything has an end. Thanks to quarantine, families and friends are meeting up and socialising via video call more than ever before.
Here technology means not only the mobile phones its all the appliances which we use in our day to day life like electricity, fridge, tv, gadgets etc to make our life easier.
Earlier people used sunrays to get light, used natural sources such as streams and caves instead of fridge and played games with family instead of television.
In this world of technology we cannot quit the use of technology but can minimise it because if everything is in limit it is helpful but if it crosses the limit it becomes dangerous.
Therefore we should always try to minimise using electric appliances as much as possible, instead we should develope our extra curricular activities like singing, dancing drawing also don’t forget to spend as much time with our family as possible.
